In this role, she manages the research agenda for TELUS Health, which includes primary research, exploratory data science, research collaborations and meta-analyses. Her focus is on: discovering, defining and communicating industry trends; service development that aligns with emerging market needs; and supporting TELUS Health’s clients with insights and data-driven decision guidance. Allen is a well-recognized expert in all areas of workplace mental health, learning strategies, disability management and drug plan management.

Heleen Wedzinga is a Global Well-being Program Manager at ASML, where she has been working for almost 2 years. Prior to joining ASML, Heleen spent over 11 years at Deloitte as a HR Business Partner. With a strong belief that well-being should be integrated into our day-to-day work, Heleen is dedicated to promoting a healthy and balanced work environment. She resides in Hilversum with her husband Jan Willem and their two daughters, Lieke and Fiene.
