How long does a call take?
It depends on what you need. Some people just want a quick check-in or reassurance. Others might stay on the line longer to talk through a situation. There’s no pressure, and you’re in control of how much you share.

What if I need more than one session?

That's okay. You can access up to four free and confidential sessions through this service. If you need ongoing support beyond that, we’ll help connect you with a local provider to continue your care. Our goal is to make sure you’re supported every step of the way.
