General Information

How do I add a new pharmacist/technician?

Go to Settings, Pharmacist Maintenance. Click Add New (Ctrl-N). Enter in the pharmacist’s initials, name, license, etc. Set access as desired. Save out.

How do I change the printer I’m printing reports/labels to?

Press F9 on your keyboard. Under the Reports tab, double click on the printer you wish to use for reports. Under the Labels tab, double click on the printer you wish to use for labels.

I’m getting an in use error on my screen. What does that mean?

Another session/tab is currently accessing the same record you are trying to view. Check other sessions and exit out of the file on any other screen/tab.

How do I see who is logged in?

Go to the System tab. Click User Sessions.

How do I add a pseudo-din to a drug file to send to a specific third party?

Bring up the drug file in Drug Maintenance. Click the Coverage button (F6). Click Add New (Ctrl-N). Enter the third party code and the DIN you want to send to that third party. Save out.

There is an asterisk beside the On Hand quantity on my drug file. What does that indicate?

The asterisk beside the On Hand quantity indicates that the on hands have been manually changed.
