Elisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree, focused in Human Resources/Information Technology, from McGill University.

With 30 years of experience in the benefits administration industry, Elise serves as the Vice President of Growth and Strategic Relations for TELUS Health’s Retirement and Benefits Solutions. In this role, Elise leads strategic initiatives to foster growth, develop long-lasting client partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of employers and organizations. Elise is also responsible for managing the contractual relationship with her clients, as well as ensuring that clients benefit from quality added-value services.
Recognized for strong leadership and a client-centric approach, Elise has consistently been a trusted advisor to organizations navigating complex regulatory environments, market changes, and shifting industry trends. Elise is passionate about delivering value-driven services and empowering organizations to create better financial futures for their people.
Elise graduated from Concordia University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Mathematics, specializing in Actuarial Mathematics.
