We will be highlighting solutions offered by TELUS Health, that your organization can lean on to reduce stigma, promote awareness and ultimately create a more inclusive & supportive environment.

Deborah has deep experience researching, developing, delivering and evaluating group learning and coaching programs that provide excellent transformative learning experiences. She has a reputation as a sought-after conference/guest speaker and subject-matter expert on inclusive leadership and coaching
Having spent three years as a Doctoral candidate in Leadership and Coaching Psychology, Deborah's current practitioner-research agenda interrogates how coaching supervision as a group reflective practice supports conversations of diversity, equity and inclusion in diverse coaching contexts. Her master's degree research interrogated the coaching models and strategies used by coaches in coaching people who experience barriers or marginalization to full social and economic participation in society.
