Why should I upgrade to TELUS Health One?

It’s a free upgrade. TELUS Health One will give you and your people a richer experience, much more than just EAP, all in one online platform. The upgrade will give you and your employees access to all the features and benefits of TELUS Health One, including peer-to-peer recognition, perks and rewards, customisable newsfeed and wellbeing content. This will help us reach and help more of your employees through quality content wherever they are, either on their mobile device or desktop.

Is there any additional cost to this upgrade?

No, there is no additional cost to upgrade your service. We are taking your existing EAP provision from your Generali spend and delivering an improved experience for your employees and better return on investment for you.

What happens after I submit the form?

As soon as you submit the form and sign the Consent to Access document (which will need to be signed by someone authorised to sign on behalf of your organisation), you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once returned, 3-5 days later, you’ll get email notification that TELUS Health One is ready for you to use. With this email, you’ll receive plenty of resources to help you get started with including toolkits, video tutorials and much more.
