Items on promotion are not scanning at the promo price. How do I fix this?
Go to promo maintenance. Set promo start date to yesterday. Click Confirm. Save. 88 Action code the till(s) and open them back up again.
How do I reprint my End of Day reports?
Go to Reports, Receipt Exception. Click on the icon that looks like a computer with a moon in the screen (computer with a moon in the screen.png). Select the day you want to reprint and click print.
How do I set period end dates?
Click on Settings, Set Period End Dates. Enter the last day of each month that your business is open. Save out.
How do I add a new clerk?
Go to Settings, System Authorizations. Click the Add New button (or Ctrl-N) and enter in a new clerk number and the clerk’s name. Set permissions as desired. Save.
I can’t clerk in. The numbers are not showing on the screen. Why is this happening?
Turn on the num lock on your keyboard. Try again.
How do I change the printer I’m printing reports to?
Press F9 on your keyboard. Double click on the printer you wish to use.
How do I see who is logged in?
Go to the System tab. Click User Sessions.
I’m getting an in use error on my screen. What does that mean?
Another session/tab is currently accessing the same record you are trying to view. Check other sessions and exit out of the file on any other screen/tab.
I didn’t get my end of day/period end/year end reports. How do I check to see if my EOD ran?
Go to Reports, Receipt Exception. Click Select Range. The most recent end of day runs will display. Under the Type column, R means regular end of day, P means period end, Y means year end.
