Liz Simmie joined the investment industry in 2011 after 5 years in consumer insights research. As part of the team at Bristol Gate she was front and center as part of a rapidly growing and bootstrapped emerging manager. She brings portfolio management and compliance experience to Honeytree along with first hand emerging manager experience. She enjoys cooking, road trips, and anything related to dogs. She lives in Toronto with her husband, three kids, one dog and two cats and she is planning to get a second dog soon.

Melissa is a Senior ESG and Impact Associate at Cordiant, a specialist global infrastructure and real assets fund manager, focusing on enhancing their Responsible Investment Strategy. With a background in impact management and a Bachelor's degree in Environment and Development from McGill University, she also holds a Master's in Sustainability Management from HEC. Her passion for positive outcomes-driven finance led her to join Cordiant, where she works to integrate ESG and Impact analysis both as a risk management tool and to drive positive outcomes for investors, people and the planet.

Ksenia joined TELUS Health in 2020 and is a Senior Consultant on the Retirement and Benefits Solutions team. She has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her current role, she conducts ESG due diligence and investment manager research and oversees trading activity for OCIO clients. Prior to joining TELUS Health, Ksenia spent three years working at Aon, within the firm’s OCIO business.

Ksenia has a B. A. in Economics from McGill University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has completed the Responsible Investment Professional Certification (RIPC) from the RIA.
